Directions:
Take 6-8 tablets three times daily: Take at least 6-8 Amino2100 tablets 45 minutes prior to meals. Take at least 6-8 tablets immediately after intense workouts. Take at least 6-8 tablets before bedtime.
Note: Ideal absorption occurs if taken with diluted fruit juice or other diluted carbohydrate liquid. Special Usage Note to Trainers: Amino acids are so helpful that you should consider taking one or several Amino2100 tablets every day. It is known that the more amino acids you take the better, especially during training recovery periods.
For Best Results: Maintain rigorous, consistent training and recovery periods with an appropriately complete diet that includes GAT Amino2100.
