Directions:

I am a 62 year old female, employed full-time. I had read about hyaluronic acid, but didn't want to give up my glucosamine. With Arthri-Flex, I get both and then some. After about three weeks of taking these pills, I've got spring in my step and have started jogging again. I'm doing Dance Revolution on my grandkids Playstation. There is no pain in my joints. I set up my drum set for the first time in 15 years and the sticks don't fly out of my hands. I'm getting younger. This is so cool!
