Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take one or two Spike tablets in the morning, or prior to intense physcial activities., or situations requiring focused concentration. DO Do not take with any other stimulant. Do not exceed 2 tablets in a 24 hour period. If you haven't used this supplement previously, begin by taking one tablet per day for three days prior to increasing the dose.

Warnings: Do not take if you are pregnant or breast feeding, elderly or under the age of 18, chronically ill, or taking any percription or over- the-counter medicine, including but not limited to antidepressants (such as MAO inhibitors), stimulants, allergy medications, and medications for high blood pressure or other cardiovascular conditions. These Tablets actually work for me. I will generally take just a half tablet when I feel low on energy and within half an hour I can feel just enough of a perk to get me firing on all 8 cylinders again!

I've had 2 back surgeries and chronic fatigue. Tired of taking caffeine pills/diet-Cokes only to get minimal done. Saw these, tried them, *changed my life*. Energy and focus are mine! Could not say enough good things about this product!

Spike pills are a pretty decent alternative to dowing sugar-filled energy drinks! As a personal trainer, I have tried several supplements to get an energy boost, and have found that with the Spike pills, you don't have a short burst of energy followed by a hard crash. They bring you up quickly, and keep you up for a while. Overall a good supplement.

The guy (or girl) writing on behalf of Biotest is an idiot. Everyone knows that filing for a patent requires full disclosure of elements such as formulas (in exchange for the 20 year economic monopoly that a patent provides), and thus it cannot be kept secret. Coke's formula is practiced as a trade secret, and thus no patent exists for it. No person or company can take advantage of both patent and trade secret law. Beware.

I must say, these pills really work!! I was a Efedra head, but after they took it off the market I couldn't find anything to compare. Spike keep you alert and Energetic all through the day. I've just started taking them, And i def Recommend!!!!
