Absolute Nutrition FBlock Xtra Fat Absorber contains 1000mg of Chitosan. Chitosan is a marine fiber that binds to some of the dietary fat that you consume and removes it from the body rather than allowing it to be absorbed. Chitosan can also be used for adding fiber to your diet.
