How do I take Focus Fast®?
As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (2 tablets) with an 8 oz. glass of water approximately 30 minutes before breakfast or your first meal. Do not exceed 4 Focus Fast® tablets in a 24-hour period. Please read the entire label before use and follow the directions.
Additionally, for maximum cognitive support, take 1 additional serving (2 tablets) with an 8 oz. glass of water approximately 30 minutes before lunch or mental activity, with a minimum of 4 hours apart from your first serving.

Great product! I noticed it started working in the first couple days. It was easier to remember things on the fly - lists, names, places, and other facts and knowledge - I also noticed it was easier to correlate pieces of information and ideas during discussions and in meetings. For example being able to bring up facts and relate discussions to other issues that I would normally think about or remember afterwards; It has definitely made me sharper. I would strongly recommend Focus fast.

It worked very well for a product with no caffeine or stimulants. I did not expect it to work very soon however I noticed myself remembering things like lists a lot easier after a few days. The pills are a natural brownish or beige color so they look natural. They do not have any taste so they are easy to take down. I recommend this product.

Focus fast kicked in within the hour for me as I was more focused in studying I'm surprised how well it works........ However it's not perfect there is a bad side affect. I woke up in the middle of night with a panic attack (I never had a panic attack before) and it was the first night I started to take focus fast.. If it Procceds I'm gonna have to stop taking them and stick with "focus formula" which doesn't work as well but its safe! I rate 4/5 as long as I dont see anymore panic attacks

good product for my memory and focus as i take it twice per day. noticed a difference within 4 days of taking it.

I used it while studying for a very difficult exam. I drank it for a whole month and I didn't have a side-effects (well a little nausea at first), but it did help me concentrate better.

BEWARE - For me, this product increase anxiety. I started having panic attacks and hand tremors while taking this. Since I've stopped taking focus fast, the hand tremors have lessened but are still there. Thankfully no more panic attacks.
