Suggested Use:
Recommended Adult Intake: Take 4 GH-Renew-U capsules on an empty stomach
(no snacks) at bedtime, or one hour prior to BREAKFAST on an empty stomach,
along with resistive type exercise. Do not eat for one hour. Repeat this dosage
daily for 5 days and then cease taking for 2 days. Never take 7 days per week
or it will lose potency.
