Ingredients:
Psyllium seed and husk (Plantago, Psyllium L., P. ovata Forskal), Buckthorn Bark (Rhamnus cathartica) (bark), Cascara Sagrada (bark), Alfalfa (leaves), Rosehips (fruit), Lactobacillus bifidus powder, Bentonite Clay (Colloidal montmorillonite), Cayenne Pepper (fruit), Garlic (bulb), Goldenseal (root).

Contains no gluten, yeast, sugar, starch, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

Directions:
For adults and children 12 years of age and over take 1 rounded teaspoon once a day with juice or water. It is important to drink additional liquids throughout the day, preferably 6 to 8 glasses of water. Take at least 1/2 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. Use once a day for 7 to 14 days for optimum benefit. Then continue use as needed. Not for children under 12 years.

Important:
This is a water-soluble fiber which encourages natural elimination generally within 12-72 hours. A feeling of fullness is common but if minor bloating or gas occurs, reduce the amount taken and adjust intake amount gradually.
