Suggested Use:
Pour a full teaspoon OPC-10 powder into a measuring cup. Fill it up with 2 OZ (60cc) of cold water. Then shake it well. As a loading supplement, take 2 cups per day for the first week. Thereafter take 1 cup per day as a maintenance supplement. Measuring cup and teaspoon are provided.
