Narayan oil (nah rah yan) is an ancient ayurvedic pain relief remedy consisting of eucalyptus, peppermint and clove essential oils in sesame oil. These deeply penetrating oils ease sore muscles, aches and pain; aid in circulation; ease stiff joints; a chest rub for cold season.
