Directions
1. For the first five days (loading phase): Take 1 scoop of Lean Hyper Growth in the morning and 1 scoop twelve hours later or immediately after your workout.
2. Maintenance phase: Take 1 scoop of Lean Hyper Growth after your workout or upon awakening on non workout days. For optimum taste, mix 1 scoop of Lean Hyper Growth with 125 ml of cold water. After consumption of Lean Hyper Growth, drink an additional 250ml of water. Lean Hyper Growth should be used for a minimum of 8 weeks.
