Directions:
Take on an empty stomach 1 hour pre-workout. Start with the lower recommended dosage and if needed, increase until the desired effect is reached. Suggested Dosage: Up to 150 lbs (1 - 2 capsules). Up to 200 lbs (2 - 3 capsules). Up to 250 lbs (2 - 4 capsules). 250 lbs and over: (3 - 5 capsules). Store at room temperature and avoid excessive heat.
