Cascara Sagrada Bark (Rhamnus Purshiana) 425 mg
Directions
Adults and children 12 years of age and over. Take 1 or 2 capsules once a day at bedtime with a full glass of water. Children 2 to under 12 years of age: take 1 capsule once a day at bedtime with a full glass of water. Children under 2 years of age: consult a doctor.
Warnings
If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persist for 2 weeks or longer, consult a doctor before using a laxative. Do not use laxatives for longer than 1 week or when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, unless directed by a doctor. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after laxative use may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult your doctor. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before using this product. Keep this and all medicines out of childrens reach. In case of accidental overdose, seek control center immediately. This package is not child resistant. Not suitable for homes with small children.
