Encapsulated Elderberry berry squeezed in the autumn for maximum nutrients, supported by the whole Elderberry flower harvested in the summer months when full bloom is reached. Elder (sambucus Nigra) is a deciduous shrub native to both North America and Europe. Elder flowers are harvested when full bloom is reached during the summer months and the black, purple and blue berries are squeezed for juice in autumn. All parts of the elder are rich in vitamins and minerals.
