Wise Essentials Progesterone cream is made to Dr. John Lee's recommended amount of progesterone as described in his book. He recommended natural progesterone cream for sexual enhancement, as an alternative to estrogen therapy, hot flash relief, night sweats, weight or bone support.

Wild Yam & Progesterone Cream Active Ingredients:
Purified Water, Wild Yam Extract, Natural Progesterone USP (origin from wild yam), Chaste Tree (Vitex), Liposome-Water/Soy Lecithin Jojoba Oil, Squalane, Allantoin, Retinyl Palmitate, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Tocopheryl Acetate, (liposomes of Vitamins A, C and E), Extracts of Dong Quai, Licorice, & Black Cohosh, Grape Fruit Seed Extract, Asorbic Acid.
Fragrance free, hypo allergenic, non-irritating. Not tested on animals.
Wild Yam & Progesterone Directions:
Gently rub a small amount (1/8 -1/2 teaspoon) on clean skin (wrists, under arm, inner thighs, belly, neck, face) twice daily. Adjust according to individual needs. Menstruating women: apply 1-2 weeks before day one of cycle; non-menstruating women apply any 3 weeks each month.
