About the Ingredients of Super Colon Cleanse
- Psyllium Husk Powder - Psyllium has had a long tradition of use as a bulking
and lubricating agent for the digestive system.
- Senna - Promotes regularity. Promotes peristalsis, the rhythmic muscular
contractions in the bowel that are responsible for the natural evacuation
process.
- Fennel Seed - A carminative herb, high in Vitamin A and C. Also helpful
for stomach acid. Fennel helps rid the intestinal tract of mucus.
- Peppermint - Tonifying for the gastrointestinal tract. Aids in the process
of digestion and increases the flow of bile. Bile is stored in the gallbladder
and released as needed for the digestion and breakdown of fats. Bile also
transports toxins for elimination via the intestine. Soothes the colon.
- Papaya - Excellent digestive aid and source of enzymes that breakdown foods,
making it easier to move down the colon without obstruction. Breaks down uric
and toxic acids in the body.
- Rose Hips - Astringent herb affecting the colon by controlling elimination
and intestinal leakage. Soothes the colon.
- Buckthorn Bark - Promotes regularity. Supports tone and muscular activity

Active Ingredient:

Directions:
Adults take 2 teaspoonfuls of Super Colon Cleanse powders daily. Preferably
1 teaspoon twice daily with at least 10-12 ounces of water, juice or your favorite
beverage. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See Warning.
Children (6 yrs - 12 yrs) 1/3 the adult suggested use.
Warnings:
This product contains Cascara Sagrada, buckthorn, and Senna. Read and follow
directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools,
or abdominal pain. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea. If
you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition., consult
your physician before using this product. Keep this and all medication out of
reach of children.
This food should be eaten with at least a full glass of liquid. Eating this
product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not eat this product if
you have difficulty in swallowing.
Do not take if you have difficulty in swallowing. If you experience chest pain,
vomiting, difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek
immediate medical attention.
If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits lasting 2 weeks, consult
a physician before using a laxative. If the recommended use of this product
for 1 week has no effect, discontinue use and consult a physician. Do not use
when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present. Discontinue use and consult
a physician if there is rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement
after use. Frequent or prolonged use of this preparation may result in dependence
on laxatives. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or
contact a poison control center immediately.
