I love these Green Tea pills. I started taking them a couple months ago and have seen a difference in my weight and energy. I have been only taking it once a day along with One A Day women. Over all this product is great!!

So I took these pills, and lost over 30lbs in 3 months. Good thing! On the downside, shortly after taking these, I ended up getting an infected cyst on my ovary that caused my iron to bottom out so much that I almost had to be tranfused. (This will sound gross) it was like I was on my monthly for months. I was also told after I had surgery due to my cyst, by my specialist, that I would no longer be able to have kids. But a miracle happened Andy I now have 2 beautiful babies.

since using the product i have lost a lot of weight now i have to tone up ' the product makes you drink a lot of water but i will say this much it works my belly gone' my legs got smaller now i need cloths but happy with the results but the product your is not loss right now i looking to sell the product because of my weight people can see (could the company make me an agent please)

So far I haven't had any really bad side effects. Just in the morning I have headaches which I guess are withdrawal headaches? But other than that it does slighty suppress my appetite and gives my good energy with the shakes. I'm not really sure how much I've lost because I'm really fat :( but I know that I have lost a little. Just not significantly.
