Suggested Use:
Take one tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

Tin, Nickel and Silicon are not parts of your daily multivitamin. Silicon Dioxide is actually used to help the powder flow through the machinery better, it has no benefit to the user. I highly recommend seeing a professional integrative physician, who will administer GOOD vitamins.

hi, happy new year! i just couldn't believe your product, it's absolutely very effective. i've been recommending your product to my family and friends. this is a one of a kind multivitamins ever to be found. i did try so many kind of vitamins but i found no best result. after taking your product, i really notice that i become more energetic both physical and mental.

Great vitamins. it's good to see that they changed the "with lycophene" sticker on their label. i'm not just reading into it. it has heart on the end of it, but one can't escape that it looks like one big red penis. it's a blatant oversight. that was classic.
