My son does well with these vitamins. FWIW, lactic acid is not related to lactate or milk. It sounds similar but it's not. Latic acid is actually a by product of fermentation which occurs in the human body. Every human body. When we work out.

I see lactic acid in the ingredients.. yet the site states there is not milk in the vitamins. My daughter has a severe milk allergy and this information is a bit confusing.
