Suggested Usage:
Baking: Since oat flour does not have the same texture and binding properties, try replacing half the white flour or other flours with oat flour. Add a little extra liquid if dough or batter seems too dry. Since oat flour is lighter than wheat, substitute by weight rather than volume. Oat flour can be lighter and more crumbly in texture, so extra binders such as eggs can help.
Cooking: Wonderfully thickens sauces and soups.
Breakfast: Add to hot oatmeal for a nourishing boost. Also makes great pancakes!
