I was wondering why the "lower in sugar" version of the Peaches and Cream instant oatmeal has the same amount of calories as the regular Peaches and Cream instant oatmeal packets. According to the nutrition information printed on the box, the "lower sugar" version claims to have significantly fewer grams of sugar than the regular brand. The fat content seemed to be very similar so where are the calories coming from?
